We are committed to providing the highest quality of service combined with the lowest possible price for you, our valued customer.

 

If after making your booking with us you think that you have found the same product cheaper elsewhere then please email or fax your claim for the difference in price on the same day of making and paying for your booking with us to customerservices@airportdirecttravel.co.uk or Fax 0845 344 1661. Please make sure that the product that you are comparing is identical in all respects. If there is any variation whatsoever then we cannot match the price.

 

Your claim MUST be received by us on the same day as making and paying for your booking with us and must be sent either by email or fax and must include evidence of the lower price; for example, a screen shot, scanned or fax copy of the quote. Please ensure that you put the words 'Price Match' in the subject line of your email or at the top of the page if you are sending your quote by fax. Please note that we will only consider your claim if it is received by us on the same day that you have made and paid for your booking with us.

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

If you find exactly the same flight or package holiday product for less on the day of booking, and your claim is in accordance with the conditions set out below, then we will refund the difference.

 

 

1.       The person responsible for making the booking (lead name) must make the claim.

2.       The flight or package holiday product that you are comparing must

be the same in every respect as that which you purchased from us i.e

it must be for the same departure date, flying from Exeter International Airport on the same flights and the same category (day or night, scheduled or chartered), to the same destination, for the same duration, in the same accommodation and of the same category and on the same board basis.

 

3.       The price match must be available to book online and available immediately, not on a request basis.    

 

4.       Allocated on arrival holidays are excluded from our Lowest Price Guarantee.

 

5.       This lowest price guaranteed offer excludes group booking discounts, pre-bookable extras and travel insurance premiums. This lowest price guaranteed offer does not apply to mis-quotes or pricing errors.

 

6.       The like for like quote must be offered by an ABTA/ATOL member or an airline.

7.       Airport Direct Travel holds the right to contact the company that has provided the quote to verify the information.

 

8.       The offer is only available for one booking per household.

 

9.       Customers need to provide Airport Direct Travel with the following information by email or fax on the same day of making their booking with us when applying under this offer:

 

 

	a. Details of where the other company quote was obtained i.e. travel agent name, location and telephone number. b. Name of the Tour Operator and or airline.  c. The specific booking details e.g. holiday reference number, dates, flight details, country, resort, accommodation details. d. The number of people travelling identifying adults and children. e. Price details. f. Any conditions that the quote is subject to.
10.   Airport Direct Travel reserves the right to request additional information from customers should this be deemed necessary in order to clarify that the other company’s quote is identical to that of the booking made with Airport Direct Travel.

11.   Where multiple rooms or flights are booked each one is regarded

as a separate product.  

 

12.   Cancellation of the booking cancels your right to claim under this guarantee.

 

13.   Comparison prices must be listed and quoted in pounds sterling.

 

14.   The following exclusions apply to price comparisons that will be

considered as part of any claim made under this guarantee in respect of

package holidays or flights:

 

a.      Prices from other suppliers that are conditional on buying other

Products.

 

b.      Prices that are part of a customer loyalty, members or loyalty

reward scheme.

 

c.      Prices that are part of a staff discount scheme.

 

d.      Prices that are part of any other discount or special offer deal.

 

e.      When calculating the Lowest Price Guarantee we consider only the price of

the product and not any additional fees, charges or extras e.g. credit card

surcharges, travel insurance, car parking and any other optional extras.

 

f.        Airport Direct Travel reserves the right to withdraw the Lowest Price Guaranteed offer at any time.

g.      Airport Direct Travel reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above points.
